The PreDP ESS students are the official caretakers of the EMIS hydroponics garden bed
The PreDP ESS students are proud to be the official caretakers of the EMIS hydroponics garden bed. This week, they planted the next cycle of crops, putting into practice what they’ve been learning about sustainability and systems, resource efficiency, and human–environment interactions. The students planned the beds, and chose a variety of tomatoes, herbs for tea (mint!) and lettuces.
Through hands-on care and shared responsibility, the hydroponics garden has become a living classroom—one that grows not only plants, but also stewardship, curiosity, and environmental awareness.
