CAS
CAS, Creativity, Activity, and Service, is a core component of the IB curriculum that focuses on personal growth through experiential learning. At EMIS, students can choose from a wide range of CAS activities or create their own, allowing each student to build a personalized CAS journey. Through meaningful experiences, students develop skills, values, and responsibility while contributing to local and global communities.
Boarding
The EMIS boarding experience offers students a true home away from home and a warm, family-like community at the heart of campus life. Students live together in a supportive environment that includes comfortable residences, shared meals in the dining hall, group activities, and access to learning spaces and the campus pool. Supported by dedicated Social Guides, boarding life at EMIS fosters meaningful relationships, personal growth, and a strong sense of belonging, adding depth and richness to the unique EMIS experience.
Wellbeing & Support
At EMIS, student well-being is at the heart of our community. Our school counselor provides a safe and confidential space for students to share their thoughts, emotions, or any personal challenges they may face. Her door is always open, and she offers guidance, emotional support, and practical tools to help students navigate both academic and personal life.
We believe that caring for our students’ mental health and emotional balance is essential for their growth and success, and our team is available around the clock to ensure every student feels heard, supported, and empowered.
Learning center - Boost
At EMIS, we are committed to supporting every student’s academic growth. Our Learning Center, BOOST, provides daily after-school academic support across all subject areas. In BOOST, students receive guidance from teachers and private tutors, participate in one-on-one sessions, and benefit from peer support from strong students in specific subjects. Whether preparing for exams, working on assignments, or developing long-term projects, BOOST offers a structured, supportive environment that helps students build confidence, strengthen skills, and reach their academic potential.
